As a DevOps Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for contributing to software development projects by leveraging your proven experience and hands-on expertise in various aspects of DevOps practices. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of software delivery processes through the implementation of CI/CD tools, containerization, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, version control systems, and automation scripting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps to streamline the software delivery process. - Implementing containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes to enhance scalability and manageability. - Leveraging Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi for efficient infrastructure management. - Working on cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure but also accepting experience with AWS or GCP. - Demonstrating proficiency in version control systems like Git and automation scripting using Python and Bash. - Applying your strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies to optimize project workflows.
