Here is a summary of your responsibilities and qualifications required: Role Overview: You will be responsible for auditing and reorganizing GitHub repositories, implementing standardized documentation templates, and ensuring easy scalability for new engineers. Additionally, you will review and standardize CI/CD pipelines, optimize JIRA & Confluence setup, and deliver comprehensive documentation for handover. Key Responsibilities: - Audit and restructure GitHub repositories into a clean and scalable structure - Standardize README and architecture documentation templates - Review and automate CI/CD pipelines for code deployment and testing - Optimize JIRA & Confluence setup for engineering tracking and documentation - Deliver a complete repository documentation pack including structure map, setup guide, configuration reference, and access matrix - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the internal team Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Full-stack architecture, or Cloud CI/CD - Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and JIRA/Confluence - Proven ability to structure repositories and document systems for scalability - Prior experience with AI/IoT/SaaS startups preferred - Immediate availability to start within 35 days - Excellent written documentation and communication skills About INNOFarms.AI: INNOFarms.AI is a DeepTech Agri-ClimateTech startup that focuses on building an AI-powered farm intelligence and automation platform using AI, IoT, and robotics to revolutionize food production processes.
