As a Lead DevOps Engineer at Tech Holding, you will have the opportunity to shape the DevOps culture, drive innovation across multi-cloud environments, and collaborate with global experts to tackle complex challenges. You will be a key player in bridging Development and Platform Engineering, ensuring seamless integration and enhancement of our DevOps processes. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement DevOps best practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management. - Automate tasks and optimize workflows to continuously enhance our DevOps processes. - Collaborate with Development and Product teams to understand their requirements and identify areas for DevOps integration. - Architect and deploy robust infrastructure solutions across various cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Design and establish monitoring and alerting systems to maintain infrastructure health and application performance. - Stay updated on the latest DevOps trends and practices to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role. - Proficiency in either GCP or Azure. - Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and analytical skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Basic programming experience in high-level languages like Python or Go. - Thorough understanding of CI/CD principles and automation tools. - Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies such as Terraform and Ansible. - Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and associated services (e.g., CDN, CND Edge, ECS, EKS, Batch services). - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Datadog, Prometheus, PagerDuty. - Passion for enhancing developer productivity and tooling. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - A proactive and positive work approach. - Strong programming background with a focus on DevOps is highly desirable. Nice to Have: - In-depth knowledge of the Azure cloud platform. - Experience in AWS/GCP Partnership collaboration. - Professional level certification in any one of the cloud platforms. Location: This role is based onsite at either our Pune or Ahmedabad location.
