DevOps Engineer

Role Overview: As a DevOps Engineer at Hitasoft, you will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations to meet customer needs. Your role will involve working with developers and engineers to ensure software development follows established processes and functions as intended. Additionally, you will play a key role in project planning and management decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support. - Build tools to minimize errors and enhance customer experience. - Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems. - Perform root cause analysis of production errors and troubleshoot technical issues. - Create scripts for automation of visualization. - Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. - Utilize strong communication skills to represent the firm effectively. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role. - Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows. - Good knowledge of Ruby or Python. - Working knowledge of databases and SQL. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.,
