Description
As a DevOps Engineer in the healthcare domain, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise in healthcare data standards, AWS cloud services, container orchestration, and CI/CD automation will be essential for ensuring compliance and performance standards specific to the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. - Manage and automate containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS) or AWS ECS. - Collaborate with development teams for frontend-backend deployment coordination, ensuring smooth rollout of Material UI-based interfaces. - Integrate and manage Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, MIG connectors, and related systems. - Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using CloudWatch and third-party tools. - Utilize AWS services for scalable and secure infrastructure, leveraging EC2, EKS, ECS, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch. - Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CDK for environment provisioning and consistency. - Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and manage data staleness indicators, caching strategies, and performance testing. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash for infrastructure and application tooling. - Support authentication and authorization frameworks aligned with healthcare security and regulatory needs. - Collaborate in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives, and managing code in mono-repo environments with version control best practices. Required Skills & Experience: - 4 to 6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in complex, regulated environments. - Strong background in AWS ecosystem, including EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch. - Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration, along with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins. - Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code. - Expertise in scripting with Python and Bash for automation. - Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR R4 UK, SNOMED CT, and NHS data protocols. - Exposure to MIG connectors, EMR integration, and NHS data interoperability workflows. - Understanding of performance testing, caching strategies, and data freshness. - Knowledge of Agile tools like Rally, frontend/backend coordination with Material UI, and authentication/authorization mechanisms. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in NHS or healthcare compliance environments. - Background in observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack. - Familiarity with feature flag management and blue-green deployments. - AWS certification(s) such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer is a plus. In this contractual/temporary role with a duration of 12 months, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting across multiple locations including Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. Your work hours are scheduled from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM IST, and you will be compensated with a salary ranging from INR 60,000 to 75,000.
