As an AI DevOps Engineer / IT Trainer at our company located in Noida, Sector-58, you will be responsible for conducting instructor-led training sessions on AI, ML, and DevOps tools & best practices. Your role will involve designing and developing structured training content, real-time projects, and hands-on labs. You will also mentor learners by providing technical guidance and resolving queries, as well as conduct workshops and assessments to evaluate learner progress. Staying updated with emerging trends in AI and DevOps to enhance training material will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver instructor-led training sessions on AI, ML, and DevOps tools & best practices. - Design and develop structured training content, real-time projects, and hands-on labs. - Mentor learners by providing technical guidance and resolving queries. - Conduct workshops and assessments to evaluate learner progress. - Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and DevOps to enhance training material. Technical Skills Required: AI & Machine Learning - Building & managing ML pipelines - Model deployment, serving & monitoring - Lifecycle management of ML models DevOps Tools - Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab - CI/CD: Jenkins (Pipeline design & integration) - Containerization: Docker (Image management & deployment) - Orchestration: Kubernetes (Cluster management, Helm, deployments) - End-to-end automation of CI/CD pipelines Cloud Platforms (Deployment & Automation) - AWS: EC2, S3, EKS, CodePipeline - Azure: Azure ML, DevOps Services - GCP: Vertex AI, Cloud Build, GKE Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field. - Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft AI Engineer). - Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of training experience (mandatory). - 3+ years of overall technical experience in AI, DevOps, and cloud environments.
