DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure Management

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing scalable cloud infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high system reliability in a fast-paced fintech environment. Your role will involve full ownership of DevOps processes, from infrastructure automation to production monitoring. You will design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Terraform, or CloudFormation. Building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions will be a key part of your responsibilities. Deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes will also be essential. Monitoring and maintaining system performance using solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch to ensure high availability and quick incident resolution will be a crucial aspect of your role. Enforcing security best practices and managing compliance with industry standards such as SOC2 and GDPR will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, as well as mentoring junior engineers to drive a strong DevOps culture, will be important for success in this position. You should have extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Hands-on expertise in building CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar is required. Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), along with knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, is essential. Preferred skills include experience with distributed systems and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ, familiarity with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments, and knowledge of disaster recovery and scaling in production environments.,
