Maintaining uptimes on Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures.
Setup appropriate monitoring on all infra components and act on alerts proactively
Setup monitoring for telecom usage, Using Shell Scripts and Ansible playbooks to automate deployments, backups, and maintenance tasks
Handle department tickets within defined TaTs
Maintain SLAs for handling tickets and Infra uptimes
Application log management and log backups are to be maintained
Arrive at RCAs for every major and minor incident or downtime in the required format
Maintain and update the Cloud Infra Spreadsheet that includes all servers, services, and containers being used for our customers
Implement SSH access policies with security and privacy policies defined for application and infra-access
Maintain release and code versions on all deployments, Code updates and patch updates on application instances.
Ability to work as a team player as well as think strategically and creatively
