Job Summary:

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure using

  Crossplane

  on

  Kubernetes

  clusters.
• Manage and optimize

  multi-cloud environments

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Kubernetes-native tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Set up GitOps workflows using tools like

  FluxCD

  or

  ArgoCD

  .
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
• Implement security and governance policies across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of microservices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and failover.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for infrastructure and operations.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Kubernetes

  (EKS, AKS, GKE or self-managed).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with

  Crossplane

  .
• Experience with IaC tools like

  Terraform

  ,

  Helm

  , or

  Pulumi

  .
• Expertise with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms:

  AWS

  ,

  GCP

  , or

  Azure

  .
• Experience with GitOps workflows and CI/CD tools.
• Good understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of security best practices (e.g., OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno).
• Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes Operators and CRDs.
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash).
• Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or cloud providers is a plus.
