Full Time
10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or similar technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience with AWS services, particularly AWS EKS, in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Harness.
• Adept in provisioning resources on AWS using Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Strong proficiency with monitoring solutions such as Data dog and AWS Cloud Watch.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex technical concepts. • DevOps Technical Skills - must be hands on • Ability to lead a team - must be already leading a team- assigning work, guiding team members • Ability to handle unplanned situations and resource unavailability • Ability to define strategy , roadmap for DevOps • Must be updated with tools and technologies used in the industry, should have the ability to compare tools and take decisions based on a given situation
