Summary: As a DevOps Architect, you will assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to create and implement innovative technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements and translate them into effective DevOps strategies, ensuring seamless integration across cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructures. Your role will also include evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements to optimize performance and reliability, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of DevOps practices. - Mentor junior professionals in the team to develop their skills and understanding of DevOps methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices to automate deployment processes. - Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
