Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Welspun, you will be responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic using Node, ExpressJs framework, MongoDb, and ReactJs. Your main role will involve ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. It is also crucial to have a basic understanding of front-end technologies to integrate the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop front-end website architecture and design user interactions on web pages using ReactJs. - Create back-end website applications using NodeJs and ExpressJs Framework, including setting up servers and databases for functionality with MongoDb. - Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications. - Work alongside graphic designers for web design features and see through a project from conception to finished product. - Design and develop APIs, meeting both technical and consumer needs. - Stay updated on developments in web applications and programming languages. - Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software. - Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company. - Maintain all software professionally and provide updates regularly to address customer and company concerns. - Analyze and test programs and software for security and data protection. - Oversee debugging and troubleshooting of system errors to ensure high-quality software production. - Collaborate with front-end and back-end web developers on programming and coding issues. - Understand the needs of stakeholders and effectively convey them to developers. - Work on improving existing software programs and applications. - Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. - Proficiency in NodeJs, ExpressJs, MongoDb, ReactJs, and other relevant technologies. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies and integration with back-end logic. - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Up-to-date knowledge of web applications and programming languages. - Experience in designing and developing APIs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
