The Impact you will have in this role:

The Senior Associate Developer will have a primary focus on re-platforming applications from Microsoft Access (VBA and macros) to low code no code platform (Appian).

The role requires strong coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in Agile environments.

Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

What you will do:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
  • Migrate and re-platform code used in legacy applications (VBA and VB script) to low code no code platform (Appian)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance concerns.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and architectural discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Talents Needed for Success:

  • 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Additional Skills:

  • Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and other third-party integration tools
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Shell/Batch programming is a plus.

Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services.

These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.
