Development / Engineering Manager

As a Dev Manager with 12-15 years of experience, you should have a strong background in iOS mobile App Development and Web Development. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build intuitive features that enhance the user experience on the iOS platform. This will involve utilizing the latest Swift and XCode technologies to create innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with our Digital Experience Team to brainstorm, develop, and launch new features that push the boundaries of mobile app development. It will be crucial for you to work with the team to establish and promote best practices, ensuring a high standard of quality is maintained throughout the development process. In addition to feature development, you will also be tasked with improving the mobile codebase by addressing foundational issues and potentially rearchitecting as needed. Conducting thorough code reviews will be essential to uphold code quality standards, while also advocating for robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and timely project deliveries. A key aspect of this role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will collaborate with Tech Leads and Solutions Architects to drive enhancements in our native apps, promoting ongoing evolution and innovation in our development practices. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires immediate availability within 15 days. Please note that this is an in-office role.
