Developer - React / Full Stack (MERN)

As a Full Stack Developer (MERN) at Datameris, you will be responsible for independently designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work under the Development Manager, taking ownership of projects from initial design to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring performance and security are top priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build scalable web applications using the MERN stack. - Take full ownership of projects from design to deployment and maintenance. - Implement front-end and back-end functionality with a focus on performance and security. - Develop responsive web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript. - Design and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Optimize MongoDB schemas for high-performance applications. - Deploy applications on cloud platforms and provide post-launch maintenance. - Provide updates, patches, and new feature rollouts. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in MERN stack development. - Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Ability to handle end-to-end application development independently. - Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind. - Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication systems, and third-party integrations. - Experience with version control using Git/GitHub. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. **Good to Have:** - Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering. - Knowledge of TypeScript and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience deploying applications in cloud environments. - Basic understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha. **Education:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred. - Candidates with strong hands-on project experience or career breaks are welcome to apply.
