Job Description

Visual Design Role Purpose Experience: 6+ years would be preferable. Required Skills: Ability to learn quickly and take initiatives Clear understanding of core UX principles (UI design, information architecture, and product definition etc.) Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and business stakeholders Experiencewithscrum and agile development environments Skill in combing through analytics and behavioural insights to generate new experiments and opportunities to improve our products and differentiate the user experience Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling , knows how to communicate with team, peers, and business leads Profound capacity to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences Fluency with design tools, most notably Figma, XD, Miro, Airtable and other UX & prototyping software Ability to create both high & low fidelity prototypes Excellent presentation and documentation skills Strong portfolio that demonstrates skills in User Experience processes and techniques Personal Attributes
