Role Overview: As a Developer L3 at Wipro Limited, your role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software by studying information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes. - Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues. - Collaborate with project managers and functional teams to obtain information on software capabilities. - Develop coding and ensure optimal software/module development by evaluating analysis, problem definition, and software requirements. - Automate processes for software validation by designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases and executing them. - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status. - Maintain error-free code, prepare comprehensive documentation, and provide feedback on usability and serviceability. - Capture client requirements, take regular feedback, and participate in continuing education and training to remain updated on best practices. - Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications. - Document and demonstrate solutions by developing necessary documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clear code. - Ensure quality interaction with customers regarding e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette. - Respond timely to customer requests and ensure no complaints internally or externally. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: PLM-Teamcenter Application. - Experience: 3-5 Years.
