Role Overview: As a Developer L1 at Wipro Limited, your role will involve designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software, develop software solutions, investigate problem areas, facilitate root cause analysis, and identify ideas to improve system performance. - Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts, confer with project managers, and analyze client requirements for feasible design. - Perform coding, ensure optimal software/module development, evaluate operational feasibility, automate processes for software validation, modify software to fix errors, and prepare reports on programming project specifications. - Compile comprehensive documentation, report daily project status and progress, provide feedback on usability and serviceability, and report quality risks to stakeholders. - Capture client requirements, take feedback regularly, participate in continuing education and training, consult with engineering staff, and document solutions by developing documentation and flowcharts. - Ensure good quality of interaction with customers via email, fault report tracking, voice calls, and timely response to customer requests.
