Job Description

As a Java Developer with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable services/applications for high-volume transaction systems. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services will be crucial in ensuring the security and performance optimization of the applications. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, develop, code, and implement Spring Boot applications/Microservices using Java. - Ensure application security through authentication, authorization, and encryption techniques such as OAuth2, JWT, and Public Private keys. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following the latest standards and best practices. - Experience with AWS cloud technology including ECS, S3, Lambda, EC2, and GlueJobs. - Write and execute unit tests to validate code functionality. - Write deployment scripts using Jenkins and CI/CD gates. - Integrate applications with storage, caching, and stream cloud technologies. - Write relational DB SQL statements for integration, testing, and support purposes. - Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Fix application and library dependencies based on security and code quality static scans vulnerabilities findings. - Participate in an agile software development environment. - Deploy and certify applications in cloud environments. - Work towards individual and team milestones with autonomy under general directions. Qualifications: - 3+ years of Java development experience focusing on API design using the latest Spring Boot versions and deploying them securely in AWS cloud environments. - Advanced experience in RESTful web services and API development. - Strong SQL writing skills and familiarity with relational databases. - Hands-on experience in writing unit tests using Junit or equivalent. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. - Familiarity with Agile environments. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Strong time management and prioritization skills.
