Acts under minimum guidance of DevOps Architect to set up and manage DevOps tools and pipelines. Develop and customize Confluence spaces, templates, and macros to support documentation and collaboration needs. Implement and manage DevOps practices, including automation, configuration management, and infrastructure as code. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Develop scripts and automation tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in the development lifecycle. Monitor CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance. Document configurations, processes, and best practices for JIRA, Confluence and DevOps. Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. Provide training and support to team members on JIRA usage and CI/CD best practices. Requirements: Extensive experience in JIRA development, including project setup, workflow configuration, and customization. Experience in developing and customizing Confluence spaces, templates, and macros. Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, Groovy) for automation and integration tasks. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and managing code repositories. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive and productive work culture. Familiarity with Kubernetes (Bare Metal Clusters/ VM based Clusters) is advantageous.
