Job Description

As a Mainframe Developer, your role involves developing, testing, debugging, and documenting mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, JCL, and VSAM. You are expected to work independently with minimal guidance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and optimized code. Your responsibilities also include understanding business requirements, contributing to component and feature development, managing defects, estimating task efforts, and complying with release and configuration processes. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, and contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing.
