Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of local rollouts, managing user access, handling incident management, communicating with stakeholders, performing release management activities, maintaining end-user documentation, and assisting in quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support the preparation of local rollouts including master data management, data conversions, and user access rights. - Manage user access and user access rights. - Handle 1st and 2nd level incident management for incidents that local super user coordinators and IT service desks cannot resolve. - Communicate with local business application responsible and local service desks regarding the operation and maintenance of business applications. - Perform release management activities and reporting. - Maintain end-user documentation and assist in quality assurance of deployment processes. Qualifications Required: - B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Engineering. - Proficiency in Technology, Programming Concepts, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) at a knowledgeable level. - Proficiency in Automated Unit Testing with any tool at a knowledgeable level. - Awareness of Database Query Tools / Languages such as PL/SQL. - Knowledge of DevOps Activities including Continuous Integration at a knowledgeable level. - Awareness of Continuous Deployment in DevOps Activities. - Awareness of Thinking / Cognitive Skills in Aptitude. - Awareness of Code Analysis Tools / Software like SonarQube.
