We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Nikol location in Ahmedabad. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will handle training and development programs, administer employee benefits, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
