Data Entry & Data Management Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in BUSY Accounting Software and internal systems. Manage files, format data, and ensure information is properly organized. Perform data editing, verification, and correction when needed. Basic Accounting Support Assist with daily accounting tasks such as recording sales, purchases, expenses, and payments. Prepare and update vouchers, invoices, and basic financial records. Support reconciliation and basic reporting activities. Order & Inventory Management Update orders regularly using company data and accounting tools. Maintain inventory records and assist with stock tracking. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely updates of stock movement, sales, and purchases. Sales & Purchase Operations Assist in processing sales and purchase entries. Support documentation, record-keeping, and coordination with vendors or customers when required. General Administrative Tasks Handle file management and documentation work. Support office operations and help in other tasks assigned by management.
