Esskay Design and Structures Pvt Ltd is looking for Detailer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. - Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces, using specialized tools, equipment, and chemicals - Inspect vehicles for dirt, stains, and imperfections, ensuring high-quality detailing standards are met - Apply wax, polish, and protective coatings to enhance the vehicles appearance and longevity - Vacuum, shampoo, and deep clean upholstery, carpets, and other interior components - Clean and condition leather seats, dashboards, and other surfaces to maintain and restore their quality - Remove contaminants, oxidation, and scratches using clay bars, buffing machines, and polishing compounds - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and supplies are properly stored and used efficiently - Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals to prevent damage to vehicles and health hazards - Conduct final inspections to ensure all detailing work meets company and customer expectations - Work closely with the service team and customers to understand specific detailing needs and preferences - Provide recommendations on additional services or protective treatments that may benefit the vehicle - Track inventory of detailing supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary - Follow company guidelines, policies, and quality standards to deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction - Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques, products, and industry trends to enhance service quality - Assist in training new employees on proper detailing methods, tools, and safety procedures
