Role Description This is a full time on-site role for an Academics Head at Destiny Dwell Academy of Real Estate ( DARE Academy ), located in Ahmedabad. The Academics Head will be responsible for overseeing all educational activities, including the development and implementation of curriculam, managing academic staff, and ensuring high-quality educational standards. The Academics Head will also be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of educational programs and policies. Qualifications Educational Management and Curriculum Development skills Strong Communication and Education skills Team Management skills to effectively lead and coordinate academic staff Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Master's degree in Education, Educational Management, or related field
