The Corporate Travel Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing business travel accounts, generating new corporate clients, and promoting the travel services of Destinations Worldwide . The role focuses on achieving sales targets through proactive field visits, relationship management, and customized travel solutions for corporate and MICE clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new corporate travel accounts through direct sales and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Present customized travel solutions, including business trips, conferences, incentives, and meetings. Develop proposals, quotations, and travel itineraries tailored to corporate needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow-ups using CRM or company systems. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management for business strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in travel industry sales (corporate or MICE preferred). Strong understanding of business travel, airfare, hotels, and global destinations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
