Job Summary:
The Despatch Co-ordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, transport, and sales teams to maintain smooth dispatch operations while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule daily dispatches based on customer orders and production readiness.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for vehicle availability and loading.
  • Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport slips.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in Despatch / Coordination roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and transport regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
