Job Description

The Despatch Assistant is responsible for assisting in the smooth and timely despatch of goods. This role involves preparing orders for delivery, coordinating with transporters, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of shipments.

Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Communication skills to coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams.
Advanced Excel Skills
