As an experienced IT Support Specialist with 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for troubleshooting desktops, notebooks, LAN, and other peripherals. Your expertise in remote troubleshooting and knowledge of mail client installation and troubleshooting will be key in providing efficient support to VIP users. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with users and the IT team. Additionally, being ITIL trained will ensure that you adhere to best practices in IT service management.
