Job Description – International Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Experience Required: 2 Years

Shift : Rotational Shift
Key Requirement: Excellent Communication Skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and confident candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and providing professional support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
Communicate effectively in English
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records and update systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.
Follow company processes and maintain service quality.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Strong customer-handling and coordination skills.
Experience into AD, Troubleshooting, Ticket

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
