Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 and L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral-related issues.
Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions using Active Directory.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, email clients, and mailbox-related issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues.
Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory for laptops, desktops, accessories, and other equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty, repairs, replacements, and technical support.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through an IT ticketing system.
Provide technical support for meeting room AV equipment and video conferencing platforms.
Webex troubleshooting and support is mandatory.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
