Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network issues.
Install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software problems on Windows operating systems.
Manage assets by tracking inventory levels and performing regular maintenance tasks.
Configure Outlook email clients and perform basic networking troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot common IT issues independently with minimal supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Desktop Support or related field .
Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
Proficiency in configuring Outlook email clients and managing networks.
Experience working with various types of hardware devices including desktops/laptops/servers/printers.
