Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Software Support:
Set up, repair, and upgrade laptops, desktops, printers, and other equipment. Install and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business apps.
User Assistance:
Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or in-person visits. Guide users through troubleshooting steps.
Network & Account Setup:
Troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi connection issues. Punching network cables
Asset & Issue Tracking:
Log all technical problems and solutions in a ticketing system. Keep an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
Escalation:
Send complex or unresolved network and server problems to Tier 2 or Vendor.

Requirements & Skills

Education:
Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/macOS/Linux, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
Soft Skills:
Clear communication, patience, and good problem-solving abilities.
