Job description Role & Responsibility: Maintenance and resolution of issues on end-user machines including, but not limited to, OS installation & troubleshooting, endpoint security maintenance such as pushing AD group policies, Anti-virus solutions, DLP, hard disk encryption, printer maintenance, etc. installation and maintaining all IT Infrastructure & network devices including, but not limited to servers, firewalls, switches, routers, printers, servers voice and internet lines, IOT sensors, etc. across the locations.
