Designs Manager

As a Designs Manager in Civil with 5 years of experience in solar EPC design and structural engineering, you will be responsible for the structural design of module mounting structures, RCC foundations, and cable trenches. Your key duties will include reviewing civil BOQs, drawings, and site feasibility, coordinating with execution and procurement teams, and optimizing designs for cost, stability, and safety while ensuring compliance with IS codes and site-specific conditions. You will utilize tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, and MS Project in your daily tasks. Experience with floating or sloped rooftop solar projects is preferred for this role.
