What You’ll Be Doing: Build, launch, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (traffic, conversion, lead gen and retargeting). Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and YouTube. Identify keyword opportunities, optimise landing pages and track ROI. Collaborate with internal and external creatives on ad copy, visuals and video assets. Manage budgets, test creative, analyse performance and scale what works. Help lead social strategy for clients across industries (B2B and B2C). Report on key metrics and present insights in plain English (no waffle). Stay on top of algorithm changes, creative trends and Meta best practice. Jump on occasional online client meetings to present, brainstorm or problem-solve. Nice to Have (But Not Essential): Experience across LinkedIn Ads / LinkedIn Marketing. Creative copywriting skills Familiarity with tools like Hubspot / Go High Level / MailChimp Who You Are: Must have 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role (ideally in an agency or across multiple brands). Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, campaign setup, pixel tracking, and troubleshooting. Comfortable with Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar). Data-driven and performance-minded: you know what metrics matter and how to act on them. Highly organised, creative, and proactive - you can manage competing priorities and make things happen.
