Ensure all dishes meet established quality standards in taste, portion, and presentation. Plan menus and develop new dishes with a focus on Continental flavors and modern techniques. Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service. Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP/ISO standards where applicable).
Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and retouch wedding photographs using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, skin smoothing, background clean-up, and other enhancements. Maintain a consistent editing style that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and client preferences. Organize, select, and cull images from large wedding collections to deliver the best shots. Prepare final high-resolution images for albums, social media, and client delivery. Work closely with photographers and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
