Providing feedback on resumes, assignments, and application progress will be integral to helping learners succeed in their job search. To excel in this role, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a placement coordinator is required, along with a graduation degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and constant enthusiasm towards work are essential attributes for success in this position.
