Designer - Manual & Document Layout

As a skilled Designer at Fueling Brains, you will play a crucial role in creating a professional and visually engaging manual that aligns with our holistic, whole-brain approach to early childhood education. Key Responsibilities: - Design and format manuals, guides, and other documents following brand guidelines. - Develop layouts that enhance readability and user experience for the intended audience. - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, real estate, and leadership to understand design requirements. - Incorporate visuals, icons, and graphics effectively to support the provided content. - Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, and overall design style throughout the manual. - Deliver both print-ready and digital-friendly versions of the manual. Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in graphic design, document layout, or publication design. - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Canva. - Strong eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing designs. - Previous experience in designing manuals, handbooks, reports, or corporate documents would be advantageous. - Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines effectively.
