Key Responsibilities

Interior Design

• Develop functional and visually appealing interior concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations.
• Plan and optimize layouts, furniture placement, and lighting designs.
• Select finishes, colors, fabrics, and décor elements that enhance the space’s theme.

Exterior Design

• Create aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound building facades and outdoor spaces.
• Design exterior lighting, landscaping elements, and architectural detailing.
• Select materials and finishes for durability, sustainability, and visual impact.

General Duties

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in both interior and exterior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Experience in landscape design integration.
• Strong 3D visualization and rendering capabilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Work Environment

• Office-based with occasional site visits.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Interaction with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
