Job Description

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating functional and visually appealing user interfaces for applications. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior designers in developing prototypes, translating UX designs into interaction prototypes, participating in user research, and executing user testing. You will collaborate with other team members to achieve common missions, vision, values, and mutual goals. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing prototypes and models for various products to ensure aesthetic consistency - Translate UX designs into interaction prototypes and artefacts - Participate in user research and generate end-user insights - Collect client requirements and convert research findings into actionable results - Conduct user testing including remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, and concept testing - Make enhancement recommendations based on end-user insights - Adhere to standards and processes - Collaborate with team members in pursuit of common goals Qualification Required: - Masters/Bachelors degree in a design discipline or equivalent experience (2+ years in the design domain) - Minimum 2 years of industry experience - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc. - Ability to create original artworks, illustrations, and icons Additional Details: In this role, you will act as a visual storyteller, ensuring design precision and creativity across all deliverables. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for typography, colour palettes, illustrations, and style guides. It is essential to apply a robust understanding of the design process, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines while contributing to team projects. Stay updated with the latest design practices, tools, and techniques to align outputs with existing brand guidelines and patterns.
