Designer – Garment/Textile Manufacturing

Overview
We are looking for a creative Designer to develop garment concepts, create tech packs, select fabrics/trims, and support sample development. The role involves researching trends, preparing design sketches/CADs, coordinating with sampling, merchandising, and production teams, and ensuring designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with buyer requirements. The Designer must deliver timely, innovative, and production-ready designs that meet quality and market standards.

KRA – Designer (Garment/Textile Manufacturing)

• Develop creative garment designs based on trends and buyer needs.
• Prepare accurate tech packs, sketches, and design details.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishments.
• Coordinate with sampling for proto, fit, and PP sample development.
• Ensure designs are production-feasible and cost-effective.
• Conduct regular trend and market research.
• Collaborate with merchandising and production teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely submission of designs, revisions, and approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
