Designer - Event / Publication

As a Designer - Event / Publication at ITP Media Group located in BKC, Mumbai, your role will involve creating high-quality, visually compelling content for events and publications. You will be responsible for designing various materials such as event branding, magazine layouts, and digital assets. Your passion for visual storytelling and proficiency in design software will be crucial in adapting designs for both print and digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating visual content for event materials like posters, banners, invitations, and promotional items. - Designing event environments including stage backdrops, booth signage, and informational displays. - Developing event branding packages that align with visual identities and event themes. - Collaborating with event coordinators and marketing teams to bring event themes to life. - Designing and laying out magazines, brochures, company profiles, and other print publications. - Creating engaging digital versions of publications like e-books and online magazines. - Selecting appropriate typography, color palettes, and imagery for visually appealing layouts. - Collaborating with editors and writers to effectively communicate messages through designs. - Producing graphic assets for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. - Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. - Preparing final artwork files for digital and print production while ensuring brand consistency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field such as Bachelor in Fine Arts / Commercial Arts. - Experience in event, media, publishing, magazine, or digital industry design. - Strong portfolio showcasing design work for events and publications. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro). - Proven experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and printers.,
