Job Description

Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in furniture design industry. Proficiency in CAD software and design tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production costs. Portfolio showcasing furniture design experience and skills. Role & responsibilities 1. Design and develop new furniture concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs. 2. Create detailed drawings, specifications, and models using CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). 3. Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production. 5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production costs. 6. Create presentation materials and communicate design concepts to the clients. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
