Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Designer at MetaMarq, located in Delhi, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective designs across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include designing website layouts, graphics, marketing materials, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines. The Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience in web design and layout, including familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that reflect the brand's essence
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design concepts effectively
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing and social media design is a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
