Design Technology Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at the Global Design Technology Studio within Gensler, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions that connect data and outcomes from designs to practitioners, projects, and clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that fosters creativity and collaboration to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement through the analysis, synthesis, and assessment of large datasets. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Data team to develop, train, and deploy ML classification algorithms using data from design authoring tools, exploring trends and defining insights aligned with business needs, developing data pipelines in MS Azure, researching and implementing the integration of additional datasets, and supporting the R&D of future Strategic Insights initiatives. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or Computer Science, along with practical experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in Azure services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory, as well as programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R, is essential. Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, machine learning technologies, and generative AI models is highly beneficial.
