Design Manager

• Lead design projects from concept ideation through detailed design development and execution

• Translate client briefs into innovative, brand-aligned spatial solutions • Develop compelling design narratives, mood boards, layouts, and premium material palettes

• Drive 3D concept development and coordinate closely with visualization teams for high-quality renders

• Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and design decks

• Ensure design intent and quality are maintained across all project stages

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Review and oversee drawing packages including design development and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure execution aligns with design vision

• Lead client meetings, design reviews, and workshops with confidence • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment

• Stay updated on global design trends, materials, technologies, and industry standards
