As a Design Manager in the Forging unit of an Automotive industry located in Manesar, Gurgaon, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design team in developing innovative and efficient forging solutions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design processes - Overseeing the entire design lifecycle from concept to production - Ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in designing components for the automotive industry - Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team You will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
