Design Internship - Second & Third Year Students

For:

Role Description: What You'll Do

This is a remote internship role in the design team at Pristine Forests. You will work with the team across three main tracks

• Graphic design: creatives for social media, blogs & general aesthetics,
• Branding: illustrations, packaging design, unboxing experience, add-ons (postcards, puzzles, gift cards and envelopes, calendars, bookmarks etc)
• Assets: creating and editing short-form video content for digital platforms, photoshoot conceptualisation, storyboard & moodboard creation, video shoots, editing, reel creation, stop motion, animation

Structure: Remote, flexible, long-term

Stipend: The first three months focus on orientation, skill-building and learning; stipends start from month four. Early high-performers will start their stipend much earlier

Workload: 1525 hrs/week (no deliverables during exams, stipend will continue)

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with design tools - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus), Canva, Figma among others
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent), motion graphics, and animation
• Creativity, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging visuals/content
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Bonus:

• Interest or background in sustainable beauty, clean formulation, and ingredient research
• Interest/experience in Marketing and Social Media skills (strategy, grid planning, analytics)
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools for image generation and enhancement, interest in grid-planning
